Tezpur, 28th July ’21: Not long ago the central leaders of the organization, Sankalpa Axom made a promise to the sculptor and artist Joy Chandra Das that they would ensure that he is provided with adequate financial help and his family is provided with a ration card. The organisation submitted a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner Bhupesh Chandra Das regarding this matter. The deputy commissioner in response to the memorandum and the request of Sankalpa Axom provided a financial help of 20,000 rupees.
In the presence of the president of the central committee of Sankalpa Axom Mr Himanshu Deka, Secretary Jay Baruah, assistant secretary Dhrubajyoti Baruah, advertising secretary Pabitra Borah, executive member Simanta Borah, president of Ushapur division Rimjhim Das, the organisation handed over the ration card to the family and thanked the deputy commissioner for his immense support.
