Tezpur Round Table 351 organized its 2nd Annual General Meeting on 02-07-2023 at Tezpur. The 2nd AGM was attended by Tr.Robin Agarwal (National Vice President), Tr. Vaibhav Jalan (Chairman, Area 14), Tr. Pankaj Agarwal (Area Vice Chairman) along with many other tablers from Guwahati. A new committee for 2023-24 was formed in the presence of the last year Chairman Tr. Bharat Tibrewal during which Tr.Ashish Soni was selected as Chairman, Prashant Bagaria as Vice Chairman, Tr. Mihir Tibrewal as Secretary and Tr. Shivam Chandak as Treasurer.

Apart from multiple community service activities across India, their long-term project is “Freedom Through Education”, where they focus on building state-of-the-art infrastructure for the education of Underprivileged Children

Ankit Sethia (Extension, RTI Week), Tr. Tirthraj Bhutoria (Flight of Fantasy), Tr. Vishal Borah (Freedom Drive), Tr. Rishabh Sipani (Fund Raising), Tr. Ayush Jalan ( Employment Exchange), Tr. Varun Agarwal (Go Green), Tr. Shivam Chandak (Greetings), Tr. Prashant Bagaria (LAPD), Tr. Kartic Dugar (Sports, Fitness), Tr. Bharat Tibrewal (Projects) and Tr. Rupkamal Saikia (Twinklers).

(tree plantation, cleaning the city, blood donation, helping during covid, vaccination)) - UPLIFTMENT
(distribution in schools, food distribution, helping the downtrodden, etc) - ENCOURAGEMENT
(giving awards to kids, clapping, encouraging while kids are playing, etc) and - ENJOYMENT
(pranks, crazy dancing, bottoms up, drunk fun, pranks)
