Dec 10, Monday: A police complaint has been fliled by Sweta Jain against her husband, Rakesh Kumar Jain, accusing him of kidnapping their son, Umang Jain.
Umang, who is 7-year-old, had been living with his mother owing to parents ongoing marital disputes, was a student of second standard of Don Bosco School, near Cole Park, Tezpur.
According to Sweta Jain, on 9th December, Rakesh Kumar Jain came to the child’s school and allegedly kidnapped him. Sweta believes that her husband is psychologically ill and has a mental disorder, which can pose him to be a potential threat to her son.
Search operations are underway by the police and further updates will be notified thereafter.
