The 19th Convocation of Tezpur University will be held on February 26, 2022 to confer Degrees and Diplomas upon the students who passed out in 2021. His Excellency, President of India and Visitor of the University, Shri Ram Nath Kovind shall grace the convocation and deliver the Convocation address.
Prof. Jagdish Mukhi, Hon’ble Governor of Assam and Chancellor of the University shall also be present on the occasion and award the Degrees, Diplomas and Medals to the awardees at the Kalaguru Bishnu Prasad Rabha (KBR) Auditorium of the University.
The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma has also been invited as the Guest of Honour for the convocation.
The 19th Convocation of the University will confer Postgraduate (PG) degree to 717, Undergraduate (UG) degree to 399, PG Diploma to 68 and Ph.D. degree to 60 candidates.
