Tezpur: ‘Customers are treated like no one’, claims Twitter user on visit to PNB for passbook update

Taking to Twitter, an user viz. Angshu expressed utter dissatisfaction over the ‘unprofessional’ services of Punjab National Bank (PNB).

In her tweet, she mentioned that the General Manager of the Branch refused to ‘help and even talk’ to assist her brother in updating the passbook of her deceased mother.

Replying to her, the official Twitter handle of @PNBINDIA mentioned to assist them to the best of their efforts.

We appreciate the concern and steps taken by the user Angshu to address the issue and also PNB’s prompt reply in this regard.
