On searching one Bolero pickup bearing Registration no AS12BC 4370, he recovered 148 cartons of illicit Arunachali liquor and apprehanded driver Sri Mohan Rai S/O Kesori Rai Vill- Rangapra PS-Rangapara and Tuya Upadhyay S/O L Bhobani Upadhyay Vill- Sonaipam PS-Chariduar.
