Dhekiajuli, May 19 : A gruesome broad day light murder took place on May 19 in front of the revenue circle office in Dhekiajuli. Uttam Das, an employee of the revenue circle office was killed by one Niranjan Khodal.
According to reports, the accused, aged 50 years and hailing from Alisingha, Sonitpur was engaged in some land related conflict with the deceased. In relation to the conflict, Niranjan Khodal stabbed Uttam Das with a sharp iron weapon on the streets of Dhekiajuli.
