In a picturesque setting near Dhalaibil Catholic Church in Jamugurihat, a new chapter of economic empowerment unfolded with the inauguration of the ‘Jarimin Rural Mart,’ a Rural Market Center meticulously crafted to serve the needs of the local community. Spearheaded by the support of NABARD, the unveiling ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri Ram V. Iyer, Deputy Director of NABARD, who officially inaugurated the center.
The event was a vibrant gathering of dignitaries and community members, with distinguished guests such as NABARD District Manager Sumon Chatterjee, Cadet Commander Dhiren Deka, Secretary Manoranjan Hazarika, and Project Coordinator Monika Das, adding fervor to the occasion. The enthusiastic participation of over a hundred women and locals was also noticed through the entire event.
