Defence Research Laboratory (DRL) Tezpur, a premier R&D laboratory of DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organization) in North East India, is organizing an ‘Exhibition-cum-Interaction Session’ at Hem Baruah Hall in Tezpur, Sonitpur, Assam on July 8, 2023 as part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav campaign, which celebrates the achievements of the Government of India over the last 09 years and will focus on the theme “Growth of Defence R&D ecosystem – Way to Atmanirbharta.”
The primary aim of this event is to showcase the products and technologies developed by DRL-DRDO to school and college students, as well as the general public.
Shri Deba Kumar Mishra, Deputy Commissioner of Sonitpur, will grace the occasion as Chief Guest. Besides, several eminent personalities from Tezpur will also participate in the exhibition.
The exhibition will be open from 10 am to 4 pm.
