In a dramatic incident, a Bolero Pickup truck, in Tezpur’s Patiachuburi, laden with home appliances, got engulfed in flames. The unfortunate event occurred while the vehicle was in the process of transporting various household items.
Reports say that the vehicle was overloaded and suffered from short circuit, which led to the sudden ignition. The four passengers inside the vehicle promptly realized the danger and stopped the Bolero Pickup, immediately abandoned the vehicle and fled the scene.
After receiving notification from local residents, the fire brigade promptly arrived on the spot and effectively controlled the situation.
Among the goods being transported, there were three refrigerators, two doors, some bike parts, cold drinks and eggs etc.
