Young students in Tezpur received a powerful boost toward personal growth and awareness as the Niyat Foundation, working together with the Rotaract Club of Greater Tezpur, organized “Ignited Minds 2025”, a skill development event that focused on building stronger, more aware minds.
The event took place at two prominent coaching centers in Tezpur, PI Classes and Saiful’s Coaching Centre. The program centered around two important themes that directly affect young people’s lives:
- Addiction Prevention – helping students understand the dangers of harmful habits and how to avoid them
- Academic Excellence – providing practical tips and strategies for better study habits and goal achievement
Three experienced speakers led the discussions, each bringing their own expertise to help students:
- Mr. Satyadeep Gowala spoke about the psychology behind addiction, explaining in simple terms how addictive behaviors develop and how young people can protect themselves. His talk was filled with empathy and understanding, making students feel comfortable to ask questions.
- Mr. Rishabh Sipani focused on practical success strategies, sharing easy-to-follow methods for setting and achieving goals. Students learned about time management, study techniques, and how to stay motivated during challenging times.
- Mr. Sarfaraz Alam discussed mental discipline and resilience, teaching students how to build inner strength and overcome difficulties in their academic and personal lives.

The response from Tezpur’s student community was overwhelmingly positive. Throughout the session, students actively participated by listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing their own experiences. The open discussion format allowed for genuine connection between speakers and students. Many participants said they felt inspired and equipped with new tools to handle both academic pressure and life challenges.
This event represents just one part of Niyat Foundation’s larger mission to empower young people across the region. The organization regularly conducts internship programs, awareness campaigns, and mental health initiatives designed to help youth develop clarity and purpose in their lives.
Foundation founder Abad Ullah expressed gratitude to all participants and speakers, emphasizing that the goal goes beyond just hosting events. “We want to create a lasting mindset change,” he said, “building a generation that is truly informed, aware, and driven to succeed.”

The success of “Ignited Minds 2025” in Tezpur demonstrates the hunger for meaningful guidance among young people and the positive impact that well-organized community initiatives can have on youth development.
