At about 7:30 pm on Monday, a pedestrian got hit by a speeding motorcycle in Jamugurihat’s Tupiya, killing one Yadav Bora instantly.
The deceased Yadav Bora is 65 years old and was on steps from Tupiya center to home when he was hit by Sanjib Das, the rider who was immediately taken to Tezpur Medical College & Hospital. The accident took place near the market area of Tupiya.
