Tezpur, April 10 : APCC (Assam Pradesh Congress Committee) president Ripun Bora received first shot of COVID-19 vaccine on Saturday at Tezpur’s B.J Hospital.
Taking to his Social Media, Bora wrote, “I have taken my first dose of Covid Vaccine at B.J Hospital, Tezpur”. I request everyone to follow all the rules of Covid as per the advice of Doctor and protect yourself from COVID, he added.
In Assam, 281 fresh infections of COVID-19 were reported on 9th April with active case standing at 1263.
In Sonitpur, 10 fresh cases were detected on Friday with total active cases touching 35.
