Tezpur recently witnessed a special celebration of its bright young minds through an inspiring initiative organized by The Estate, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Tezpur. The highlight of the event was an online essay competition titled “Futuristic Tezpur – The Town I Want to Lead, Shape and Belong To,” which encouraged young thinkers to imagine how they could shape a modern and progressive Tezpur.
To ensure maximum participation, the organizers reached out widely with 12 hoardings across Tezpur, Rangapara, and Dhekiajuli, more than 200 banners, and strong digital promotions. This helped the campaign connect with students and aspiring writers from different corners of the region.
The competition received enthusiastic participation and showcased innovative ideas from young visionaries. After careful evaluation, the top three winners of the best essays were announced:
- Taxa Projai
- Taniska Saikia
- Meghna Shil
Each of them was awarded a tablet and a certificate of excellence for their outstanding contributions. Along with them, several participants were also honored with the Certificate of Achievement for their creative and futuristic thoughts. These recipients included: Neelamjyoti Goswami, Swastika Saha, Aadrika Augusti, Bhavesh Kumar, Shreeya Deb, Akankhya Mahanta, and Pragyan Borah.
The felicitation ceremony was held on 31st August 2023 at The Estate site office, where the winners and achievers were celebrated for their vision and passion for a brighter tomorrow.
Through such initiatives, The Estate continues to promote creativity, inspire leadership, and give a platform to young voices, proving that the future of Tezpur rests in capable and imaginative hands.
