Army Jawan dies under mysterious circumstances at Tezpur Military Station; Investigation launched

Tezpur, Sep 20 : In an unfortunate incident a soldier by the name of Gunner Amarpal Singh was found greviously injured on Tuesday early morning at around 04:50 AM at Tezpur Military Station.

He was immediately rushed to Army’s Base Hospital where doctors declared him dead at 05:55 AM. The soldier hailed from Gurdaspur, Punjab.

The military authorities have informed the local police and the matter is under investigation.
