Tezpur, July 9, 2025 (Wednesday): A major youth entrepreneurship initiative has launched in Tezpur, bringing together 70 ambitious students from various colleges for an intensive business skills development program. The Youth Entrepreneurship Internship Programme, named “IDEA HUNT,” represents a collaborative effort between Dimension Education Foundation and Techflow Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. to nurture the entrepreneurial spirit among Assam’s young talent.
The certified internship program spans 120 hours of intensive training designed to equip participants with real-world business skills essential for modern entrepreneurship. Students will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business development, from ideation and market research to financial planning and presentation skills.
The program will culminate in a Shark Tank-style grand finale where participants present their startup ideas to a panel of industry experts and experienced entrepreneurs. This format provides valuable experience in pitching to potential investors while testing students’ business acumen and presentation skills.
One of the most attractive features of the program is its connection to actual funding opportunities. Selected ideas from the competition will be recommended for support through various government grant schemes and startup initiatives available to young entrepreneurs in Assam and across India.
