The Honourable President of India marked a significant cultural milestone by inaugurating the first edition of the ‘Bharatiya Kala Mahotsav 2024’. This grand celebration of art and culture is being held from September 28th to October 6th, 2024, at the prestigious Rashtrapati Nilayam in Secunderabad, Telangana. The festival, organized by the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) through its public sector undertaking, the North Eastern Handicrafts & Handlooms Development Corporation (NEHHDC), aims to showcase the rich cultural heritage of India’s northeastern states.
