Jivanti Boxing Club from Tezpur achieves major success at the Inter-District Boxing Championship

Tezpur, June 10, 2025 (Tuesday): Jivanti Boxing Club made their mark at the All-Assam Inter-District Boxing Championship Cum State Trials, bringing home three medals out of six participants in a strong showing for the Dabur-sponsored team.

The boxing club sent six fighters to compete in the state-level championship, with half of their team securing podium finishes across different categories.

In the Junior Boys Category, Rahul Limbu claimed a bronze medal for his performance in the ring. The Elite Women Category saw exceptional results for Jivanti Boxing Club, with both Priya Boro and Rwisumwi Bala Basumatary earning silver medals for their outstanding fights.
