Tezpur, July 25 : Deputy Commissioner of Sonitpur, Shri Bhupesh Chandra Das on Saturday visited the Samadhisthal of Natasurya Phani Sarma and took stock of the progress of works for development of the Samadhisthal.
It may be noted that an amount of Rs 1 crore has been earmarked for a project for development of the Phani Sarma Samadhi Kshetra under CIDF of the Department of Housing and Urban Affairs (previously Urban Development Department).
The Deputy Commissioner directed all officials concerned to expedite the process of implementation of the project. He was accompanied by ADC Romy Baruah and District administration officials.
