Tezpur, Jul 24 : In an unfortunate incident, a person died after a tragic accident on Sunday night at Dekargaon area (NH15) under the jurisdiction of Salonibari Police Outpost.
Reportedly, the collision took place between a Bolero Pick up carrying Tomatoes and a Truck at around 11 PM on Monday. The deadly collision led to major damage of both the vehicles. With help of locals and police, the truck was rushed to nearby Hospital but later succumbed to injuries.
The deceased has been identified as Rubul Ali (41) of Sipajhar.
The overspeeding Bolero pick up carrying tomatoes was coming from Balipara side.
