In a major breakthrough, Sonitpur Police Conducted a massive and historic drive against country made liquor (Sulai) in different parts of Sonitpur District on Monday and Destroyed total 7020 Ltrs. of Sulai.
Taking to official twitter handle, Sonitpur Police informed, “We are strict against those violating curfew and Covid protocols and imposed fine against them. On Monday, total fine released Rs.32,000/- under MV Act Rs.20,500/- and U/S 188 Cr.PC.Rs.11,500/-

1) Covid transmission
2) Petty crimes
3) Road Traffic Accidents
4) Domestic violence
