August 27, 2024: National Cadet Corps (NCC) members from colleges across Sonitpur, Morigaon, and Nagaon districts in Assam participated in an educational visit to the Defence Research Laboratory (DRL), a unit of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO).
During this exposure visit, DRL scientists provided the cadets with an overview of the laboratory’s activities and insights into the broader scope of DRDO’s work. The event aimed to inspire young minds and foster interest in defense-related science and technology.
