Meet Tezpur’s Sarfaraz Hussain who is marking his name in Hollywood Industry

Sarfaraz Hussain, hailing from Tezpur brings pride to his town by marking his name in the Hollywood industry. Sarfaraz recently got to work as a ‘Modelling Artist’ in the Hollywood Film ‘Arctic Dogs’.

The movie has been released in the USA on 1st November 2019 and is awaiting the list for worldwide release and distribution. Arctic Dogs  is a  computer-animated comedy film co-written and directed by Aaron Woodley and co-directed by Dimos Vrysellas. The film stars the voices of Jeremy Renner, Heidi Klum, James Franco, John Cleese, Omar Sy, Michael Madsen, Laurie Holden, Anjelica Huston, and Alec Baldwin.

Sarfaraz from a very young age was fond of sketching and painting. However, he couldn’t attend regular art classes as he had to help his father in his business. He got his first earning of Rs 800, by selling his painting at the 2nd Tezpur Festival.

With an aim to turn his hobby into his career, he joined an animation course in Kolkata and then moved to Mumbai, where his actual struggle to success began.

“Talking about my work, my dearest was the project in Prabhas’s movie ‘Sahoo’, where I worked as a freelancer”, says Sarfaraz while speaking to Tezpur Buzz.

After a number of such similar projects, Sarfaraz laid his footsteps in the Hollywood industry, with the movie Arctic Dogs. He is presently with two such projects, about which he shall let us know once it surfaces.
